Mahe Moni Sports & Arts Museum is rising on one acre in the heart of Kulaura — behind a man-made pond that spans the whole front courtyard.
Founded by Sayeed Ur Rabb — a nationally renowned author, journalist, athlete and entrepreneur — Mahe Moni is a living chronicle of a life spent among accomplished figures in sport, politics, business and the arts, brought home to his village.
The collection is carefully curated: artifacts, photographs, stories and artwork that together paint a vivid picture of Bangladesh's cultural mosaic. The building itself is eighty percent complete.

Born in Sylhet and now based in New York City, Sayeed Ur Rabb served as an officer in the Bangladeshi Air Force, held multiple national records in shot put and other athletic events, and went on to become Chief Editor of Weekly Thikana — the largest circulating Bangladeshi newspaper outside Bangladesh.
Mahe Moni is his heartfelt contribution to his motherland: a source of inspiration for the youth of Bangladesh, and a catalyst for change that transcends generations.
